Overview
Regional Training
Periodically each year, FRST Midwest sponsors a free continuing education opportunity for all peer support team members. This training provides trained peer supporters the ability to enhance their knowledge on current peer support legal issues, hear from subject matter experts on a variety of related topics, share lessons learned and successes from critical incidents and department engagement issues, as well as exercise their skills through scenario based learning. These trainings are open to any trained peer support team member regardless of experience level.
